The Burger

Can a burger really have no meat? So to find out, I cooked up a batch of sweet potato and butter bean burgers.  

Ingredients:
1 red onion chopped.
1 can of butter beans
4 baked sweet potatoes
1 handful of chopped chives
pinch of salt, pepper and garlic.

Combine all the ingredients together, then split mixture into handfuls, shaping into burgers, adding wholemeal flour to help your burgers hold together. Part fried the burgers in coconut oil before putting them in the oven for 15-20 minutes. 
Place a lightly toasted bread slice down, then add some lettuce, a burger, topped with tomato, courgette spaghetti (courtesy of a spiralizer) and a tea spoon of total greek yogurt.

You will soon learn, a burger does not necessarily need meat. Enjoy!
